Campylobacter Infections
In almost all developed countries the incidence of human campylobacter infections has been steadily increasing for several years. Undercooked meat, in particular poultry, is often associated with illness, as is unpasteurised milk and untreated water. So make shure you keep your chickens clean and healthy. And cook them well when you eat them.
